The Right Kit Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all Users of The Right Kit and the www.rightkit.co.uk website.
For online purchases of Products & Services, You will be asked to accept these Terms before You complete your order. If You do not click the “I Accept” button You will be unable to complete the transaction.
These Terms will also apply to You when buying Products & Services offline from The Right Kit. You will have been asked for your email address so the Terms may be sent to you or you will be directed to the Website where you will be able to find Our Terms.

For event organisers, if an event is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and the organiser does not return a fair portion of the stall fee paid, The Right Kit will claim for loss of profit, administration and marketing costs and for work already begun.
Where there is an imbalance in the organiser’s terms to the detriment of The Right Kit, unfair terms not made in good faith will be challenged by The Right Kit.
“The Right Kit” and “TRK” are operating names for Sandra Sergeant trading as The Right Kit of 16 The Street, Old Basing Basingstoke RG24 7BW. The contact details for The Right Kit are as follows:
“Product” and “Products” mean the items advertised and available from The Right Kit offered either online or direct to the public at an outlet operated by The Right Kit.
“Service” and “Services” mean the items advertised and available from The Right Kit offered either online or direct to the public at an outlet operated by The Right Kit.
“We,” “Us,” and “Our” means and refers to The Right Kit.
“You,” “Your,” “User/s” means individuals, event organisers and/or entities that are accessing or have accessed the Website or who have purchased products or are using the services of The Right Kit for any reason.
“Terms” means these terms and conditions

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate Your access to the Website without notice for any reason. You agree that You will access the Website only through the interfaces provided. You agree not to reverse-engineer or otherwise hack the Website, take any actions that damage the Website or its security, or interfere with other Users’ Use of the Website.
These Terms together with emails or written or typed communications form the basis of a contract between You, Your agents and The Right Kit. Any variation or modification shall be effective only on the written agreement of all parties involved.

You accept that the Recovery Procedure will be activated where there is evidence that You have breached these Terms in any way.
If You access the Website from overseas, You do so at Your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of Your own country.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided as a convenience not an endorsement. The Right Kit is not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is at Your own risk.
The Website and its’ contents, copy and design are the property of The Right Kit. Unauthorized use of the Website is strictly prohibited. You may not copy the Website or any part thereof without The Right Kit’s prior written authorisation. Any code or software code that The Right Kit creates to generate or display the Website is also protected by The Right Kit’s copyrights, and You may not copy or adapt such code.
In the event of a claim, Our liability is limited to the total of all payments received in respect of the Products or Services purchased. Where there is a partial loss, a partial return will be made.
The description of Products will be as set out on the Website and other forms of advertising. All products are subject to availability. We will do Our utmost to communicate any size and discrepancy issues as We become aware of them. The products will be of the quality and description We have supplied and be fit for purpose for at least 12 months. If You find this is not the case please let Us know immediately.
The price displayed for each TRK Product on the Website represents the full price excluding gift wrapping and postage. Pricing may be slightly different at events where TRK products are being sold direct to the public. Please let Us know immediately if You feel a product is mispriced. Prices may be increased without warning but will always reflect known costs. TRK does not provide price comparison or matching facilities and takes no responsibility for alternative pricing that may be available elsewhere. You can pay using PayPal or by submitting Your credit or debit card details with Your order.
Purchases can be made online by visiting www.rightkit.com, or be made in person, by telephone, text or by using email. Please note:
- If Your order cannot be fulfilled for whatever reason We will let You know as soon as possible.
- You will be able to check and amend any mistakes in Your order, delivery address and payment method before You make Your purchase on or offline.
- Online purchasers will receive an order confirmation – please check this carefully.
- Offline purchasers can either leave their email address at the point of sale so that they may be sent these Terms or they can find them online.
Once You receive Your order it is Your responsibility to check all components are present and correct and to notify us of any issues.
Full payment is due at the point of purchase for Products and Services. For corporate orders, invoices must be paid within 14 days.
Postage & Delivery
Within the UK We will post Your purchases as quickly as possible using Royal Mail.
Postage starts at £5.00 to send a small parcel 1st class and £7.50 for Weights over one kilo. Postage is free on orders over £50.
Postage costs will be communicated to You when You have put something in Your basket and begin the check-out process. Please make sure Your delivery address is correct and appropriate to receive a signed for parcel.
Completed orders made on a weekday by 2pm are posted on the same day. Purchases made after 2pm or on non-working days, weekends and holidays will be posted the next working day unless You are notified otherwise. You can track Your order once You have made a purchase. We’ll send You an email as soon as Your order ships with a link to tracking info.
For overseas orders please contact Us to agree a postage cost and delivery method. Please note that if involving international orders, customs and import duties may also be applied and will likely vary from country to country. Shipping laws also vary from country to country, and it is Your responsibility to check with Your local customs office for details and to verify whether the country to which You request shipping, permits the shipment of Your The Right Kit Products from Our Website.
The Right Kit Uses and reuses recyclable packing as far as possible.
Refunds, Credits and Exchanges
We recognise that things can and occasionally do go wrong. If We have made a mistake or something unexpected happens please let Us know as soon as possible and We will do Our best to remedy the situation. Please give Us the opportunity rectify any issues or complaints. We will consider Your claim before making every effort, commercially reasonable, to reach a satisfactory resolution.
If there is a problem, the following procedure apples:
- Email email@example.com within 14 days to explain the issue and include your receipt and supporting images. Failure to do so will hinder the ability to investigate, make a judgement on or resolve any queries.
- Once We have agreed a plan of action, please send Your items to 16 The Street, Old Basing, Basingstoke, RG24 7BW. Postage costs for all returns will be at Your expense and only refunded under certain circumstances. We recommend that You Use a postage method that is traceable and insured to protect Your purchase We will not consider giving a refund, credit or an exchange or until the items are in Our possession.
- A Refund excluding postage costs will be given if You return Your products in an unopened, undamaged condition within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returns made after thirty (30) days from the date of purchaser purchase will be accepted at The Right Kit’s sole discretion.
- A credit or partial credit valid for 12 months for Use on the Right Kit Website will be given at Our sole discretion.
- An Exchange will be given at Our sole discretion so if You need to change something let Us know by email. Tell Us what You have and what You’d prefer so that We can make a plan.
- If you have simply changed your mind you will be offered a credit note for an amount reflecting the condition of the returned items.
To comply with distance selling regulations You may withdraw Your order at any time before You confirm Your purchase and within 14 days of the products being received. To exercise Your cancellation rights, You must within 14 days send an email to mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org cancelling Your order stating Your name, address, email address and telephone number. Include Your proof of purchase and the return the products immediately. You will be given a refund if You return Your products in an unopened, undamaged condition. Products returned in an unsatisfactory condition will receive a credit note or partial refund at Our sole discretion. We recommend that You Use a postage method that is traceable and insured to protect Your purchase We will not consider giving a refund, credit or an exchange until the items are in Our possession.

If you fail to pay an invoice or otherwise breach these Terms, this Recovery Procedure will be used to protect The Right Kit from:
- Loss of income, profits & earnings
- Copyright Theft
- Unauthorised and /or unattributed use of or orphaning images
TRK may be entitled to:
- Compensatory Damages – where images have been used without having been paid for.
- Further damages – for failure to credit an image (breach of statutory duty under S.103 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act) and for any derogatory treatment of the image/s.
- Additional damages – where the breach is flagrant or where You have gained a benefit from using the image/s and for ‘moral prejudice’ under S.3(2)(a)(ii), The Intellectual Property (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2006.
- Request an account of profits from Your use of the image.
- Request that You carry out disclosure of the full amount of profits derived from use of the image/s
- Reclaim Lawyers’ fees, court fees, and other expenses related to the matter.
In the first instance the Terms and email or other correspondence between Us will determine the permissions you have with regard to the infringements. If you are unsure whether you have the authorisation to use an image, please ask. Any breaches of these Terms will be noted and communicated to you with the appropriate remedy. If after 7 days the matter is not resolved TRK will make a settlement offer. If the settlement offer is not paid within 14 days legal proceedings will commence.
Privacy, Cookies, Payments
These Statements relate to The Right Kit. Our website is https://www.rightkit.co.uk.
The personal data we collect from users and site visitors will not be used for marketing purposes; instead, it will help us to fulfil orders, respond to & resolve queries and provide valuable aftercare. This data includes name, email address, personal account preferences; purchase information and data generated from contact forms, comments, reviews, cookies and analytics.
When a comment or review is left on the site we collect the data given as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
The personal details for those who have requested to keep in touch will only be shared with Mail Chimp, when it is necessary to facilitate future correspondence.
